We hold current and valid operating licenses issued by the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.

Documented procedures are in place for drivers to follow in the event of any reasonably foreseeable emergency. All drivers are equipped with effective
means of communication to contact emergency services when required.

For taxis and chauffeur-driven vehicles, all luggage is securely stored in the vehicle's designated luggage compartment (boot), ensuring passenger safety
and comfort.
Vehicle Registration and Insurance
We comply with all applicable national and regional regulations governing the provision of transport services. All vehicles are fully registered and insured with comprehensive coverage, including protection for the vehicle, driver, passengers, and third parties.

Driver Competency
All drivers hold a current license for the vehicle they are required to drive and complete locally required training as per local legislation. Driver standards are monitored to ensure compliance with company policy and local legislation.
Driver Hours
To prevent driver exhaustion and ensure passenger safety, drivers have reasonable maximum daily and weekly driving hours and reasonable minimum rest breaks and time between shifts they must abide and
driving hours are properly regulated in accordance with local legislation and company.
Driver Training
All drivers are trained in company policies and procedures, with refresher training given at periodic intervals.
Annual Health check-up & Drug test
All drivers are required to undergo annual health checks, vision tests and drug tests to ensure they are healthy and safe for passengers.
